Our family expanded to include property management, beginning with just seven vacation rental properties and blooming to 900 vacation rentals and over 350 long-term rentals in Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Salter Path, Pine Knoll Shores, and beyond. Our property management company includes housekeeping, maintenance, linen, and aquatics services. In 2009, we successfully ventured into event coordination and concierge services. To round out the family, in 2012 we began offering insurance coverage for your home, automobile, or boat. We take great pride in bringing families together with the coast in any aspect – vacation rentals, home building, buying or selling real estate, or insurance.
